Rolfing Prices For Single Sessions & The Ten Series
Rolfing Sessions are always based on the individual needs of the client. Every person is different and every ‘body’ is different. ‘The recipe’ can be adapted to take the uniqueness of each individual into account. Accordingly, the 1st session of Rolfing begins with a thorough assessment of your bodies’ structure.
Keep in mind that Rolfing is not attempting to create a perfect body (such a thing does not exist) rather the series attempts to allow your body to reach a level of organisation from which it can continue to organise itself without the need for constant therapeutic intervention.

Treatment Options – How Much Rolfing Is Enough Rolfing?
Traditional Rolfing – ‘the Recipe’
Traditional Rolfing Therapy is a ten session process – ‘the recipe‘. Rolfing has an wholistic approach to healing in which the body is viewed and treated as a whole entity. In the Rolfing ‘ten series’ the various aspects of the body are, firstly, differentiated from each other and then re-integrated in a process that brings as much alignment and balance as possible.
Rolfing outside ‘the recipe”
A common misconception is that Rolfers only work within the classic 10 session process often referred to as ‘the recipe’. This is not the case. It is not always necessary to go through the full series to enjoy many of the benefits of Rolfing. While obviously the Ten series will be a more comprehensive and predictable process some individuals for a variety of reasons cannot undertake the entire process but still have a great need for the structural bodywork that characterizes Rolfing. Some may require more specific work for pain relief so that they can simply get back to living their lives.
An alternative to the ‘ten series‘ is a series of more targeted sessions. Experienced Rolfers are able to construct a shorter, more refined series which still follow the principles of Rolfing and can in the right circumstances be as effective as a longer series.
Each Rolfing session is a minimum of 80 minutes and you can Make a Booking here and view my hours of availability.
Remedial Bodywork
As well I offer a service at the Remedial level of therapy for those people who need short-term work for immediate problems. Whether working at the Wholistic or Remedial levels of the therapeutic paradigm my work is always informed by the approach and the insights of Rolfing.
Remedial sessions are usually 60mins in length.
